Tracking and tooling built for trust.

The stack behind our offer management: server-to-server tracking, quality controls, routing, and reporting every partner can rely on.

The stack

What sits under every offer.

We're platform-agnostic. We work with established tracking and network platforms and configure them to these standards, rather than asking you to adopt a black box.

Server-to-server postbacks

Conversions reported server-side with click IDs, so tracking holds up when browsers block cookies and pixels.

Click & conversion tracking

Every click gets an ID and every conversion is tied back to its source, sub-ID, lander, and creative.

Pixel QA

Where pixels are still used, we test-fire them on every page and device so nothing is double-counted or lost.

Dedupe

Duplicate clicks, leads, and conversions are caught by rule before they inflate reports or payouts.

Fraud & quality scoring

Signals such as data-center IPs, abnormal timing, and repeat devices are flagged for review.

Real-time dashboards

Partners see the same numbers we do, by source, offer, and time, without waiting for a weekly export.

Offer routing & caps

Rules send traffic to the right offer and stop it at the cap, by day, geo, partner, or budget.

Reporting & APIs

Scheduled reports and API or CSV feeds for advertisers and partners who reconcile in their own systems.

Tracking optimization

One click ID, end to end.

Server-to-server postbacks carry the original click ID back from the advertiser, so the conversion is matched to the right source even when cookies and pixels fail.

How we optimize tracking

Fix the numbers before the budget.

Tracking problems look like performance problems. We rule them out first.

  1. 01

    Map the path

Document every hop from click to payout: parameters, macros, redirects, pixels, and postback URLs.

  2. 02

    Test-fire everything

Send test clicks and conversions through each offer, device, and browser before live traffic runs.

  3. 03

    Align time and IDs

Match timezones, attribution windows, and click-ID formats between tracker, network, and advertiser.

  4. 04

    Set dedupe rules

Decide what counts as a duplicate click, lead, or conversion, and enforce it in one place.

  5. 05

    Reconcile regularly

Compare tracker numbers against advertiser and network data and explain every gap.

  6. 06

    Alert on breaks

Watch for sudden drops in postbacks, spikes in duplicates, or odd timing, and fix them before they cost money.

Data privacy & security

Data handled with care.

Lead and conversion data includes real people's information. We treat it that way.

Privacy

  • Purpose-limited collectionWe collect what a buyer needs for the stated purpose, and nothing extra.

  • Consent recordsWhat each person agreed to, and when, is kept with the lead.

  • No resale without consentLeads go to the buyer they were collected for, as disclosed on the form.

  • Opt-outs honoredSuppression and do-not-contact requests are passed along and respected.

Security

  • Encrypted in transitHTTPS for pages, forms, postbacks, and lead delivery.

  • Least-privilege accessPartners see only their own data; access is reviewed and removed when no longer needed.

  • Minimal retentionData is kept only as long as needed for the program, reconciliation, and legal reasons.

  • Fraud controlsBot, duplicate, and abnormal-pattern checks protect both buyers and sellers.

No system is perfectly secure. We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the data involved and review them as programs change.

FAQ

Tracking questions.

Why server-to-server instead of pixels?

Browser privacy features, ad blockers, and cross-domain redirects can stop pixels from firing. A server-to-server postback is sent directly from the advertiser's system to the tracker, so it's far less likely to be lost.

Can you audit our existing setup without changing platforms?

Yes. A tracking audit is often our first step. We document what's happening, test it, and give you a prioritized fix list.

How do you handle discrepancies between partners?

We reconcile the tracker against advertiser and network data on a set schedule, identify the cause of each gap, and agree on one source of truth for payouts.

Do you score lead quality?

We flag fraud and quality signals such as data-center IPs, duplicate devices, and abnormal timing, and we use buyer feedback to improve filtering over time.

Next step

Not sure your numbers add up?

Start with a tracking audit. We'll map the path, test-fire it, and show you where data is being lost or double-counted.
