Privacy Policy
How Quantum Growth Digital collects, uses, and protects your information.

Last updated: November 1, 2026
1. Who we are
This Privacy Policy explains how Quantum Growth LLC ("Quantum Growth Digital," "we," "us," or "our"), 1310 Providence Rd NE, Massillon, Ohio 44646, collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information through quantum-growthdigital.com (the "Site") and when you contact us about our services. Quantum Growth Digital is a brand of Quantum Growth LLC.
This policy covers Site visitors and prospective clients and partners. When we run a program for a client, data collected in that program is handled under our agreement with that client and the privacy notice shown to the people whose data is collected.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us
When you use our contact form or email us, we collect the information you choose to provide: your first and last name, work email address, phone number (optional), company, website, which role best describes you, your budget range, the services you're interested in, how you heard about us, your message, and the consents you give.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our server records technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, referring page, and the date and time of your visit. When you submit the contact form, we also record your IP address and browser user agent with your submission to help prevent spam and fraud.
Interactive tools
The offer math calculator on the Site runs entirely in your browser. The numbers you enter are not sent to us or stored by us.
3. Contact form and lead records
When you submit the contact form, your submission is saved to a text file on our web server so we can respond to it, and may also be emailed to our team inbox at contact@quantum-growthdigital.com. The file is stored in a directory that is blocked from public web access, and only authorized personnel with server access can read it. Each record includes the information you entered, the date and time, the consent text you agreed to, your IP address, and your browser user agent. To limit abuse, the server also keeps a short-lived record of submission times by IP address, which expires after about an hour.
4. How we use information
- To respond to your inquiry and discuss our services or a potential partnership
- To prepare proposals and, if we work together, to provide our services
- To operate, secure, and improve the Site, and to prevent spam and fraud
- With your consent, to measure the effectiveness of our own advertising
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms
5. How we share information
We do not sell the personal information you submit through the Site, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share information only:
- With service providers that help us run our business, such as web hosting and email providers, under terms that limit their use of the data
- If required by law or legal process, or to protect our rights, users, or the public
- In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy
- At your direction or with your consent
6. Cookies and similar tools
We use necessary browser storage to remember your cookie choices and a session cookie on the contact page to protect the form from abuse. Optional analytics and marketing cookies are used only if you allow them, and we treat Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as an opt-out of marketing cookies. The Site loads fonts from Google Fonts. See How We Use Cookies for details.
7. Retention
We keep inquiry information, including contact form records, for as long as needed to respond to you and manage any resulting business relationship, and then for a reasonable period for record-keeping, legal, and security purposes, generally no longer than three years after our last contact unless the law requires longer. Rate-limit records expire after about an hour.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), server rules that block public access to stored submissions, restricted server access, and spam and abuse protections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, including under the laws of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas, Oregon, and other states, you may have the right to:
- Know about and access the personal information we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate personal information
- Delete your personal information, including your contact form record
- Obtain a portable copy of your information
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, targeted advertising, and certain profiling
- Appeal our decision about your request
To make a request, email contact@quantum-growthdigital.com with the subject "Privacy Request." We will verify your request using information you have already given us and respond within the time the law requires. You may use an authorized agent where the law allows. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision, and if your appeal is denied you may contact your state attorney general.
10. California residents
In the past 12 months we have collected these categories of personal information: identifiers (such as name, email, phone, and IP address), professional or commercial information you provide (such as company, role, budget range, and services of interest), and internet activity (such as pages visited). We collect them from you and your device for the purposes in section 4. We have not sold personal information or shared it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16. We do not use sensitive personal information for purposes that require a right to limit.
11. Email and phone contact
If you consent on our contact form, we may contact you by email, and by phone if you gave us a number, about your inquiry. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link or by emailing us, and you can ask us to stop calling you at any time.
12. Children
The Site and our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, or from anyone under 18 through our contact form. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
